分断して形成するとともに、第１の信号ラインを
覆うように絶縁体層を形成し、さらにこの絶縁体
層を覆うように接地導体を形成し、第１の信号ラ
インの両側に分断して形成した第２の信号ライン
を前記接地導体上に配置したジヤンパーチツプに
より接続するようにしたことを特徴とする厚膜混
成集積回路。
