ス、セラミツク等の絶縁体層を形成し、 前記ランドの露出部に電気的に接合され、かつ
前記絶縁体層の少なくとも所定面積を覆う導体層
を形成してはんだパツドとしたこと を特徴とするはんだ付部の構造。
