Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 「技術分野」 本考案は、地下たび、作業靴等の作業用の履物
に係る。
「従来技術」 地下たび等の作業用の履物は、軽快で作業性が
良く、通気性の良いものが要求されるが、一方落
下物から足を守るため、特に指先部を防護するこ
とも要求される。
このような観点から指先の安全性を高めた履物
が既に、実公昭43−24300号公報、実公昭43−
29493号公報、実公昭58−32645号公報又は実公昭
60−26641号公報等により提案されている。
しかしながら上記提案された履物は、金属製の
防護体を、表布と裏布の間に位置させて接着した
り、ゴム底から延ばしたゴム片と接着する等して
一体化するものであつた為、防護体を目的に応じ
て取外して履用するようなことは到底出来なかつ
た。
「目的」 本考案は、指先を防護する部材を目的に応じて
着脱出来るようにし、本来軽快性を要求される地
下たび等の作業用の履物を、作業内容に応じて選
択して使用しうるようになしたことを特徴とする
ものである。
「解決手段」 即ち本考案は、履物の指先部に、指先部上半の
形状に略等しい形状の指先防護板を着脱自在に取
付けるようになした履物であつて、該履物の指先
部周辺に複数個の突起係合部を形成すると共に、
上記指先防護板に於ける突起係合部相当位置に欠
除係合部を形成したことを特徴とするものであ
る。
以下、本考案の実施例について図面に基いて説
明する。尚図示した実施例は、本考案を地下たび
に適用した例であるが、勿論本考案は、安全靴等
他の作業用の履物にも適用しうる。
第１図は本考案の地下たび全体を示しており、
１がアツパ−、２が接地底、３がコハゼ、４が掛
糸であり、本考案はこのような地下たびの指先部
に、指先部上半の形状に略等しい形状の指先防護
板５を着脱自在に取付けるようにしたものであ
る。そして図中６が、指先部周辺の接地底２に連
設した縁部に一体的に、しかも欠除係合部７より
若干大きめに形成された突起係合部、７が該突起
係合部６相当位置に形成された欠除係合部で、第
４図の如くこの例では孔となつている。この欠除
係合部７は、孔の代りに下方が開いた切欠きであ
つても良い。尚図中８は、指先防護板５内側に接
合されたクツシヨン材である。
このように形成された突起係合部６は、接地底
２と同様のゴムであるため適度の弾性を有してお
り、指光防護板５を指先に被せ、その欠除係合部
７としての孔と嵌合させる際に突起係合部が弾性
変形して具合良く係合出来、且両者間は〓間なく
結合されており、みだりに離脱することがなく、
履用中に指先防護板５が外れたりしない。反面、
落下物等の懸念がない作業においては、簡単に指
先防護板５を外して履用することが出来るが、こ
のときは突起係合部６が残るだけで軽快感を損ね
ることがない。
本考案に使用する指先防護板５は、金属や合成
樹脂等により、その上半の形状が指先に略等しく
なるように成形するが、第４図に示すように下辺
に平坦部５Ａを設けると良く、これにより第２図
の如く平坦部５Ａを接地底２に予め設けた溝に対
し嵌合出来、取付けたときの安定性を向上するこ
とが出来る。また上方向から防護板５に力が加わ
つた際、平坦部５Ａにより力が分散されてゴム底
に伝わる為防護板によつてゴム底が傷つくことが
ない。尚この指先防護板５は、通気性を向上させ
る為に、多数の孔を穿つことも出来る。
第５図は別の例を示すもので、突起係合部６と
してボルト・ナツトを用いたものである。この場
合接地底２の周縁にボルトを固着しておき、指先
防護板５の欠除係合部７としての孔に嵌入し、ナ
ツトにより固着する。外すときはナツトをゆるめ
て行なうことができるが、このときのナツトの軸
は極力短かくすることが望ましい。
「効果」 本考案の履物は、以上の如くなつているため指
先防護板を目的に応じて取付けたり、或いは外し
て着用することが出来、作業に応じて便利に使用
出来るという優れた効果を有している。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案の実施例を示す地下たびの斜視
図、第２図は第１図Ａ−A′断面図、第３図は同
じく指先部の平面断面図、第４図は本考案に用い
る指先防護板の斜視図、第５図は別の実施例を示
す第２図相当の断面図である。 図中１はアツパ−、２は接地底、３はコハゼ、
４は掛糸、５は指先防護板、６は突起係合部、７
は欠除係合部である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 履物の指先部に、指先部上半の形状に略等し
    い形状の指先防護板を着脱自在に取付けるよう
    になした履物であつて、該履物の指先部周辺に
    複数個の突起係合部を形成すると共に、上記指
    先防護板に於ける突起係合部相当位置に欠除係
    合部を形成したことを特徴とする履物。 ２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に於て、突起
    係合部として弾性材料を用いたことを特徴とす
    る履物。 ３ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に於て、突起
    係合部としてボルト・ナツトを用いたことを特
    徴とする履物。 ４ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項又は
    第３項に於て、欠除係合部を孔としたことを特
    徴とする履物。 ５ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項又は
    第３項に於て、欠除係合部を切欠きとしたこと
    を特徴とする履物。
