Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a hair producing cosmetic having inhibitory effects on removal of hair, promoting effects on production of hair, comprising a combination of specific plant extracts. CONSTITUTION:A hair producing cosmetic blended with 0.005-10wt.%, preferably 0.01-5wt.% based on the total amounts of hair producing cosmetic of at least two selected from an extract of resaceous plant, an extract of rutaceous plant, an extract of umbelliferous plant, an extract of araliaceous plant and an extract of zingiberaceous plant. The cosmetic may optionally be blended with various kinds of components, an aqueous component, a humectant, a thickening agent, an antiseptic, an antioxidant, a perfume, a dyestuff, a colorant, a drug, etc., generally used in cosmetic, quasi-drug, drug, etc., in ranges not damage the effects of the hair producing cosmetic.
