Claims (8)
- (1)生産物(11)を充填され、薄肉にされたプラス
チック材料または積層化プラスチック材料から成る実質
的に筒状の本体部分(10)と本体部分の各端に配置さ
れる突合せ溶接可能の端部片(13)とを有する容器の
端部分の温度を製造間に制御する方法であって、それに
より第1の端部片(13)が本体部分(10)の一端に
取付けられそして生産物(11)が本体部分(10)の
開端を通じて容器内に導入され、第2の端部片(13)
が本体部分(10)の前記開端内へそれが部分的に本体
部分(10)内に突出する中間位置まで挿入され、そし
て本体部分端区域及び第2の端部片のプラスチック材料
が熱エネルギの供給によって軟化されるものにおいて、
端部片(13)が、それと本体部分(10)との間の相
対変位によって、冷却気体が端部片(13)の横壁(1
5)に対し供給されている間に本体部分(10)内にそ
の終端位置まで推進されることを特徴とする容器の端部
分の温度を製造間に制御する方法。 - (2)特許請求の範囲第1項記載の方法において、熱エ
ネルギが熱気体によって供給されることを特徴とする容
器の端部分の温度を製造間に制御する方法。 - (3)特許請求の範囲第1項または第2項記載の方法に
おいて、冷却気体が冷空気であることを特徴とする容器
の端部分の温度を製造間に制御する方法。 - (4)特許請求の範囲第1項から第3項の何れか一つの
項に記載される方法において、使用済みの熱気体と冷却
気体とが吸出手段(25)によって溶接区域から排除さ
れることを特徴とする容器の端部分の温度を製造間に制
御する方法。 - (5)特許請求の範囲第1項から第4項の何れか一つの
項に記載される方法において、筒形の本体部分(10)
と端部片(13)との間の溶接継目が互いに挟接される
ことを特徴とする容器の端部分の温度を製造間に制御す
る方法。 - (6)容器の端部分の温度を製造間に制御する装置であ
って、端部片(13)を筒状の本体部分(10)の端部
内に部分的に突出させて限定中間位置に配置するための
取付け装置と、本体部分端区域及び端部片(13)の外
方突出部分の端部のプラスチック材料を軟化させるため
熱気体を供給する加熱装置(17)と、端部片(13)
が本体部分(10)内のその終端位置に達するまで本体
部分(10)と端部片(13)とを互いに相対して変位
させる手段(12、18)とを有するものにおいて、冷
却気体を端部片(13)の横壁(15)に対し供給する
手段(24)を有することを特徴とする容器の端部分の
温度を製造間に制御する装置。 - (7)特許請求の範囲第6項記載の装置において、横壁
(15)の直径より僅かに小さい直径を有するベル形の
ノズル頭(18)に漸開する実質的に垂直の導管(24
)を介して冷却気体が横壁(15)に供給され、そして
前記ノズル頭(18)が横壁(15)の周縁上で実質的
にそれをまわって延びる輪状の溝(23)内に開通する
円周方向のスロットを有し、そして前記ノズル頭(18
)がさらに端部片(13)の当て受け部材として働くこ
とを特徴とする容器の端部分の温度を製造間に制御する
装置。 - (8)特許請求の範囲第6項または第7項記載の装置に
おいて、吸出手段(25)が横壁(15)から使用済み
の冷却気体を、そして溶接区域からは熱気体をそれぞれ
排除するように設けられていることを特徴とする容器の
端部分の温度を製造間に制御する装置。
