Claims (12)
- (1)薄肉プラスチックまたはプラスチック積層材料で
形成された中空管状断面材(10)用エンド・クロージ
ヤにおいて、部分的にテーパを付した円筒状挿入壁部分
(12)、(18)と、ヒートシール可能な接合個所の
中空管状断面材(10)を受容するようにされた周囲に
延びる溝(20)とを特徴とするエンド・クロージヤ。 - (2)特許請求の範囲第1項に記載のエンド・クロージ
ヤにおいて、前記溝の半径方向に内方の壁に沿つて延び
る円形の連続するかまたは断続したビード(21)が壁
部分(12)、(18)に設けられて、それぞれの管状
断面材の各端部内へある程度エンド・クロージヤ(11
)、(16)が入るように、クロージヤの当接中の中間
位置を画定することを特徴とするエンド・クロージヤ。 - (3)特許請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載のエン
ド・クロージヤにおいて、それが、可とう管またはびん
容器の、チューブ・ネック(11)またはチューブ・ボ
トム(16)の何れかを形成することを特徴とするエン
ド・クロージヤ。 - (4)薄肉プラスチックまたはプラスチック積層材料で
形成された中空管状断面材(10)にエンド・クロージ
ヤ(11)、(16)を当接させる方法において、エン
ド・クロージヤ(11)、(16)が定められた中間位
置まで管状断面材の一方の端部に入つて管状断面材(1
0)内へある程度到達する段階と、プラスチック材料を
軟化させる加熱エネルギが管状断面材の端部と前記中空
断面材から突出するエンド・クロージヤ(11)、(1
6)の部分とに供給される段階と、エンド・クロージヤ
がその前記断面材内の最終位置へ圧入される段階とを特
徴とする方法。 - (5)特許請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法において、加
熱が高周波溶接により達成されることを特徴とする方法
。 - (6)特許請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法において、加
熱エネルギが熱空気の形で供給されることを特徴とする
方法。 - (7)特許請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法において、熱
空気が、予め定められた経路に沿つて、エンド・クロー
ジヤ(11)、(16)と管状断面材(10)との接合
個所から引かれることを特徴とする方法。 - (8)特許請求の範囲第6項または第7項に記載の方法
において、当の若しくは次の管状断面材(10)とエン
ド・クロージヤ(11)、(16)との接合個所へ加熱
装置(28)を介し熱空気が再循環されることを特徴と
する方法。 - (9)薄肉プラスチックまたはプラスチック積層材料で
形成された中空管状断面材(10)にエンド・クロージ
ヤを当接させる装置において、それぞれの管状断面材の
各々の一方の端部へ部分的に入り込んだ所定の中間位置
にエンド・クロージヤ(11)、(16)を当接させる
