Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 骨組みフレームが４本の柱を梁で結合して
    構成された住宅ユニツトを工場で作り、この住宅
    ユニツトを複数組み合わせて建てられる工業化住
    宅に使用される手摺り壁ユニツトであつて、前記
    住宅ユニツトと、この住宅ユニツトの梁に外向き
    に突出して設けられたブラケツトと、ナツト付き
    の鉄骨フレームが埋設されているとともに、前記
    ブラケツトに挿通されて前記ナツトに螺合された
    ボルトにより前記住宅ユニツトに垂直に取り付け
    られる手摺り壁用の軽量気泡コンクリート製パネ
    ルとを含んで構成された工業化住宅用手摺り壁ユ
    ニツト。 (2) 請求項１において、前記ブラケツトは前記
    梁に上下一対設けられていることを特徴とする工
    業化住宅用手摺り壁ユニツト。
