Claims (1)
- 夫々二方向にレーザビームを出射する複数の半
導体レーザ共振器をアレイ状に構成した半導体レ
ーザアレイと、該半導体レーザアレイを載置固着
するケイ素からなるヒートシンクと、上記各半導
体レーザ共振器から一方向に出射される複数のレ
ーザビームを個別に受光す複数の受光領域と、上
記半導体レーザアレイの一方向側に配され、上記
複数のレーザビームを夫々分離し、上記受光領域
へ導く導波溝が形成されたセパレータと、を備え
た半導体レーザ装置において、上記複数の受光領
域は上記ヒートシンクの一面に設けられていると
共に、該一面は上記半導体レーザアレイの載置面
と略平行をなし、上記セパレータの導波溝は上記
受光領域上に夫々配されていることを特徴とする
半導体レーザ装置。
