- 夫々２方向にレーザビームを出射する複数の半
導体レーザ共振器をアレイ状に構成した半導体レ
ーザアレイと、該半導体レーザアレイの各共振器
から出射され一方の同一方向へ進行するレーザビ
ームの内、少なくとも一つのレーザビームの光路
を変換する光路変換手段と、前記半導体レーザア
レイから前記同一方向へ出射されるレーザビーム
を検出する複数の受光素子と、からなる半導体レ
ーザ装置。
