Claims (1)
- 光半導体レーザ素子の前方および後方側からの
出射光をそれぞれ光フアイバへ導く光結合器にお
いて、２本の光フアイバを並列配置すると共に光
半導体レーザ素子をこれら光フアイバ間に配置し
かつ前記各出射光のビーム方向を９０°変える光
学素子を光半導体レーザ素子と光フアイバとの間
にそれぞれ配置したことを特徴とする光結合器。
