Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 対向する出射端面から複数の対をなす主ビーム
およびモニタビームがそれぞれ出射されるレーザ
アレイ素子と、 該レーザアレイ素子がダイボンドされており、
該レーザアレイ素子から出射される各モニタビー
ムをそれぞれ受光し得る受光素子が一体的に組み
込まれ、該受光素子の各受光面をレーザアレイ素
子がダイボンドされた表面に露出させたサブマウ
ントと、 前記レーザアレイ素子から出射される各モニタ
ビームを内部に閉じ込めて伝播する複数の光案内
路を有し、各光案内路に該レーザアレイ素子の各
モニタビーム出射端面および前記受光素子の各受
光面が覆われるように前記サブマウント上に固定
されたアイソレータと、 を有する半導体レーザ装置。
