    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 夫々２方向にレーザビームを放射する複数のレ
    ーザビーム発生源を含む半導体レーザ手段と、１
    方向に放射された上記各レーザビームを個別に受
    光する複数のモニタ用受光部と、上記半導体レー
    ザ及び上記モニタ用受光部を載置する共通のステ
    ムと、を備え、上記半導体レーザ手段と上記モニ
    タ用受光部の少なくとも一方は絶縁体を介して上
    記ステムに載置固着されることを特徴とする半導
    体レーザ装置。
