Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 合成樹脂製の容器の胴部外周壁が板紙スリー
    ブで補強されている容器において、前記板紙スリ
    ーブは、１枚の板紙ブランクスの両端を積層した
    接着部によつて筒状とされて前記胴部外周壁に密
    接させられており、前記接着部は板紙スリーブの
    引きちぎり部とされ、容器の開口部に近接した接
    着部の上端には、容器底部方向へ向いて、引きち
    ぎり用の舌片が形成されている板紙スリーブを有
    する合成樹脂製容器。 ２ 板紙スリーブの接着部における内側層と外側
    層との各側端縁が引きちぎり部の幅を限定してお
    り、内側層には、外側層の側端縁と平行に易破断
    線が形成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の板紙スリーブを有する合成樹脂製容器。 ３ 板紙スリーブの接着部における外側層の上端
    に、上端縁から下方に向う切欠き部が形成され、
    接着部における内側層の上端に、引きちぎり部の
    先導端たる舌片が形成され、該舌片が、前記切欠
    き部内に配置されている実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の板紙スリーブを有する合成樹脂製容
    器。 ４ 板紙スリーブの接着部の内側層に形成された
    舌片は、接着部の外側層の側端縁と略同一線上に
    形成された切り込みにより、１側辺が境界付けら
    れている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の板
    紙スリーブを有する合成樹脂製容器。 ５ 板紙スリーブの接着部における内側層の側端
    縁が、引きちぎり部の全長に亘り、接着部の外側
    層に対する剪断刃とされている実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の板紙スリーブを有する合成樹
    脂製容器。
