Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 紙を材料としかつ前記材料の端部にストロー
    穴装置５―７を具備して形成され、前記ストロー
    穴装置５―７が、前記端部を横切つて伸び前記容
    器の外表面となる前記材料の一方の表面を切り込
    むが内表面までは切り込まない２本の切り込み線
    ６によつて画成される開封帯５と、前記２本の切
    り込み線６の間に位置するが前記内表面は切り込
    み前記外表面は切り込まない環状切り込み線７と
    を包含する流動性物質貯蔵容器において、第３の
    切り込み線９が、前記端部のエツジ付近で前記２
    本の切り込み線６の一方の地域から前記２本の切
    り込み線６の他方の地域まで伸び、前記内側の表
    面を切り込むが前記外表面は切り込まないことを
    特徴とする流動性物質貯蔵容器。 ２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の容器に
    おいて、前記第３の切り込み線が前記２本の切り
    込み線６と実質的に直交する直線であることを特
    徴とする流動性物質貯蔵容器。 ３ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記
    載の容器であつて、前述した端部と面と面でシー
    ルされる紙材料の第２の端部にある凹部１０を包
    含し、前記凹部１０が前記第２の端部に沿いかつ
    シールされた容器の前記２本の切り込み線６の各
    々一方から他方に伸びるように位置して広がる容
    器において、前記凹部１０の最深部境界が実質的
    に前記第２の端部に沿つて伸びる直線であること
    を特徴とする流動性物質貯蔵容器。 ４ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項に記載の容器
    において、前記凹部１０の前記最深部境界が実質
    的にシールされた容器の前記第３の切り込み線９
    と一致することを特徴とする流動性物質貯蔵容器
    。 ５ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第４項
    のいずれかに記載された容器において、紙製材料
    のうち前述した端部にある各々のノツチ８が前記
    ２本の切り込み線６に導かれたことを特徴とする
    流動性物質貯蔵容器。 ６ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の容器で
    あつて、前記材料の第１番目の端部で、前記端部
    を横切つて伸びる２本の切り込み線６の弱部によ
    つて画成された開封帯５と、前記端部と面と面で
    シールされた前記材料の第２の端部にあり、前記
    端部と前記第２の端部と共に共通の方向に外部に
    向かい、少なくとも前記２本の切り込み線６の弱
    部の各々のゾーンの一方から他方に伸びる凹部１
    ０とを具備して構成される紙製の流動性物質貯蔵
    容器において、前記凹部１０の前記境界の最深部
    境界が実質上前記第２の端部に沿つて伸びる直線
    であることを特徴とする紙製の流動性物質貯蔵容
    器。 ７ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の容器で
    あつて、はぎ取り線として役にたつ２本の切り込
    み線６の弱部を具備して構成される紙製の流動性
    物質貯蔵容器において、紙製の材料の端部に前記
    ２本の切り込み線６の弱部に導くノツチ８を設け
    て構成したことを特徴とする紙製の流動性物質貯
    蔵容器。
