If this crack reaches the steel cord layer 2 buried inside the crawler body 1, moisture may enter the road surface and cause corrosion and deterioration of the Nuchy ρ cord. As a result, the durability of the rubber crawler is greatly impaired.

As crushed stones and the like get stuck inside and are forced out, the depth gradually becomes deeper and reaches the null cord layer 2. However, in the above-mentioned winding part, the thick lug 3a part hardly stretches, and the thin part between the lugs 3b is stretched, so that the crack P that grows almost does not stretch. It is limited to between the lags. In addition, 4 in the drawing is a core metal.

るようになさしめる。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention performs normal adhesion pre-treatments such as cleaning the inside of the cracks that have occurred between the lugs on the ground side of the rubber crawler body, applying adhesive solution, and drying. Afterwards, each two components of a two-component curing putty-like naturally vulcanized rubber (hereinafter referred to as repair rubber) are mixed and filled into the cracks and hardened and bonded. By positioning it in the winding part of the travel drive device, the crack part is widened, and both corners of the upper part of the crack are partially cut out in advance to relieve the stress generated in the iron part and repair the repaired part. In addition to preventing a decrease in the durability of the crawler, the surface of the repair rubber filled in the crack is made concave while the crack is located in the winding part of the crawler device, and the repair rubber is applied to the repaired part from the front and rear directions of the crawler body. It is made to relieve stress caused by compressive force.

Since it is not compressed from the front and back in the circumferential direction, the tightness will not be impaired even in areas where the cured repair rubber is insufficiently bonded.

The reeds are removed to form surfaces e and e). Figure B shows a state in which the repair rubber 6 is filled in the iron part. The repair rubber 6 is constantly compressed from the front and back in the circumferential direction of the crawler body due to the formation of the tapered surface ee. Even in areas where the repair rubber has insufficient adhesion, the tightness is not compromised.

As an example of a heating method, it is preferable to fix a floodlight with a 300W lamp attached at a position where the lamp and the repair rubber are at an appropriate distance, and set the lamp to 6=1 before lighting. After the repair rubber has hardened, the concave surface and surrounding area must be finished, so the depth of the concave surface should be approximately 3u to 8tnm, depending on the size of the crack. preferable.

The steel cord is constantly compressed within the crawler body, and the tightness inside the crack is not impaired, and therefore, there is no intrusion of moisture from the road surface into the steel cord layer. This effectively prevents the deterioration of the rubber crawler from deteriorating and efficiently stops the deterioration of the durability of the rubber crawler.

This is extremely effective in improving the durability of the repaired area. In this case, the surface of the repair rubber is formed into a concave surface, which relieves stress on the surface and further enhances the above-mentioned effects.
