PURPOSE:To repair cracks in a simple manner out of a plant by widely opening each crack, and thereby filling the crack with double component curing type room temperature valcanizing rubber after the crack has been cleaned, buffed, coated with adhesives and dried when the grounding section of a rubber crawler for a civil engineering construction equipment is repaired. CONSTITUTION:Each crack (p) on the grounding side of a rubber crawler main body 1 is positioned at the winding section of a running drive device so that the crack is widely opened. る場合には、路面よシ水分が侵入してヌチーρコードを
腐蝕劣化させるものとなって、ゴムクローラの耐久性が
大いに損なわれるものとなる。

め、成長する亀裂Pはほぼ該ラグ間に限られるのである

混合して上記亀裂内部に充填し硬化接着せしめるのであ
って、とのさいゴムクローラの亀裂部分を走行駆動装置
の巻回部に位置せしめることによシ当該亀裂部分を広げ
しめると共に、亀裂の上級に於ける両角部を予め部分的
に切除させ、鉄部に生ずる応力緩和を図って補修部分の
耐久性の低下を防止するのほか、亀裂部分をクローラ装
置の巻回部に位置せしめた状態で亀裂部に充填した補修
ゴム表面を凹面となさしめ、補修部分にクローラ本体の
前後方向から加わる圧縮力のために生ずる応力を緩和す
るようになさしめる。

ランプと補修ゴムが適当な間隔となる位置に固定して点
灯前6=1すると良い。しかして、該補修ゴムが硬化し
た後はその凹面及び周囲の仕上げを行うのであシ、該凹
面の深さは亀裂の大きさによシ約3u〜8tnm程度の
適当な深さに仕上げるのが好ましい。

、該スチールコードの劣化を防止してゴムクローラの耐
久性の低下を効率良< pi止すると言う作用効果を奏
せしめるものである。
