(Prior Art) In recent years, a rubber crawler as shown in FIG. 1 has been used for the underbody of a civil engineering construction machine. However, when a scrap material or an obstacle is stepped on in rough terrain work, etc. 1 may cause a deep crack p on the ground side of the steel cord layer 2 embedded inside the rubber crawler body 1.
If it reaches the maximum value, the water will invade from the road surface, and the steel cord 2 will be corroded and deteriorated, and the durability of the rubber crawler main body 1 will be greatly impaired.

この場合、亀裂pは専ら隣り合うラグ3aとラグ3aの間3b

In this case, the crack p is exclusively formed between the adjacent lugs 3a and 3b.
As shown in Fig. 2, this occurs in the winding parts m, m of the drive wheel, etc., and it is stretched and spread, and further, crushed stones are caught in the cracks and spread. As a result, the steel cord layer 2 is gradually widened and deepened. However, since the thick lugs 3a, 3a in the winding portion are hardly stretched, and the thin-walled lugs 3b are mainly stretched, the growing cracks are almost the same between the lugs 3b. It is limited to Drawing 4 shows a core metal.

By the way, as the repair of the cracks, a natural vulcanized rubber cement used for filling holes in the conveyor belt is filled and hardened in the cracks. The repair method is to wind the rubber crawler around the drive wheel and bend it. After the expansion, the inside of the crack is expanded and filled with the natural vulcanized rubber cement, and then the filled natural vulcanized rubber cement is cured while the crack is expanded by maintaining the curved state for a predetermined time.

According to this method, the cured rubber is always compressed from the front and rear in the circumferential direction of the crawler body after repair, and the tightness is not impaired even at a location where the cured rubber is not sufficiently adhered. Moisture does not penetrate into the steel cord layer, but if there are multiple cracks during the repair and it is not possible to locate all of the cracks at the drive wheel location at the same time, place them at the winding portion. After repairing only the cracks, the rubber crawler must be moved and the unrepaired part must be stopped in sequence to the wound part and the same repair must be performed.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) Since it takes a long time (about 15 hours to 25 hours) to cure the natural vulcanized rubber cement in the above repair work, it is necessary to repair a plurality of locations on one rubber crawler. This is a very troublesome thing to do, and it is uneconomically forced to replace it with a new one.

(Means for Solving the Problem) A rubber crawler repairing device according to the present invention has a gentle arcuate curve whose upper outer surface of the long side is substantially the same as when the rubber crawler is attached to the winding portion of the traveling drive device. In addition, two or more recessed portions are provided at appropriate intervals on the curved upper surface, and the core plate engaging portion of the rubber crawler is suitably fitted in the recessed portions, and the recess portion of the receiving plate. It is characterized by comprising a stopper plate and a jig for tightening means such as bolts and nuts to fix the core crawler engaging portion of the rubber crawler from above in a fitted state.

本発明の作用は次の実施例の記載から明らかとなる。The operation of the present invention will be apparent from the description of the following examples.

(Embodiment) FIG. 3 shows a repairing jig used in the present invention, in which the receiving plate 5 is wound around a winding portion m (driving wheel or idler wheel) of the traveling drive device. An iron plate or a rigid plastic plate having a curved thickness of approximately equal to or less than that is used, and a plurality of curved upper side outer surfaces 5a are spaced at appropriate intervals (two in the illustrated example). The recessed portions 6, 6 are formed.

On the other hand, reference numeral 8 is a stopper plate for fixing and fixing the state in which the metal core engaging portion of the rubber crawler is fitted into the recessed portion 6 from above, and the vault hole 9 and the vault hole 9 at a position corresponding to the screw hole 77. 9 are drilled, and the vault holes 9 and 9 are vaulted.
10 and 10 are inserted and fixed to the screw holes 7 and 7. In this embodiment, the vaults 10 and 10 are screwed into the screw holes 7 and fixed to each other. However, the screw holes 7 and 7 are formed so as to penetrate downward and the vaults 10 and 10 are penetrated. Insert the nut 11 from the upper side through the hole,
It may be fixed and fixed at 11. FIG. 4 shows another such example.

FIG. 5 is a view showing a state in which the repair jig according to the present invention is attached to a rubber crawler. First, the receiving plate 5 is formed from the rolling wheel side of the rubber crawler main body 1 and the recessed portions 6 and 6 thereof have core bars. The rubber crawler body 1 is brought into contact with the engaging portion g so as to be fitted thereinto, while the stopper plate 8 is brought into contact with the rubber crawler body 1 from above the ground side, and the vaults 10 and 10 are inserted toward the screw holes 7 and screwed together. It is fixed. This makes it possible to easily fix the crack p in the repaired portion in a desired curved state.

When repairing the repaired portion, the dirt and dust inside the crack p are removed and cleaned, and the rubber powder generated by buffing the portion to be the adhesive surface is removed. Both corners are cut at a constant inclination angle (approximately 5 ° to 45 °) to form a tapered surface, and the repair rubber is filled.
In this case, the formation of the tapered surface is such that the repair rubber is always compressed from the front and rear in the circumferential direction of the crawler body, which is very effective in maintaining sufficient tightness.
