    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体基板と、その表面に形成された複数の受
    光用の第一のＰＮ接合と、それらの上部に設けら
    れた複数のフイルタと、各フイルタの境界部及び
    各フイルタの外周の下方の半導体基板中に形成さ
    れた第一のＰＮ接合の接合面より深い接合面を有
    する第二のＰＮ接合と、第二のＰＮ接合のＰ層と
    Ｎ層とを半導体基板外で接続する部分とを有する
    ことを特徴とする受光素子。
