３……レベルゲージ、７４……ガス抜き手段、７

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内部に低温流体が収納されている流体機器
    ケーシングに設けられた軸孔と、該軸孔内に挿入
    される回転軸との隙間をシールするもので、密封
    すべき低温流体側から順に１次側シールと２次側
    シールとを配置し、両シールの間に前記低温流体
    とは別の封液を流す封液室を設けた低温流体用軸
    封装置において、 前記低温流体側の１次側シールを内流形のメカ
    ニカルシールとして低温流体が封液室側に漏れ出
    すように構成し、前記封液室の外部に封液を貯溜
    するリザーバを設けると共に、該リザーバに封液
    を加熱する加熱手段を設け、さらにリザーバと封
    液室間を循環する流路に封液を循環させるための
    ポンプ手段を設けて成ることを特徴とする低温流
    体用軸封装置。 (2) リザーバには、リザーバ内に混入した低温
    流体の気化ガスを、オリフイスを通じてフレアに
    導いて燃焼して放出するためのガス抜き手段を有
    する請求項１に記載の低温流体用軸封装置。 (3) リザーバには、リザーバ内の内圧が所定圧
    を越えると作動する警報手段を有する請求項１ま
    たは２に記載の低温流体用軸封装置。 (4) リザーバには、リザーバ内の内圧が所定圧
    を越えると開くリリーフ弁を有し、該リリーフ弁
    より逃がされた気化ガスをフレアに流す請求項２
    または３に記載の低温流体用軸封装置。
