Abstract

저온유체가 유동되는 하부헤더(10)와 상부헤더(16)는 복수의 외부열교환 튜브를 통하여 서로 연결되어 있다.
복수의 내부열교환 튜브(24)는 각각의 외부열교환 튜브(22)의 유입끝 부분의 구역에서 대응 외부열교환 튜브(22)에 각각 제공되어 있다.
환형의 통로(23)는 저온액체를 유동시키기 위하여 각각의 외부열교환 튜브(22)의 내면과 각각의 내부열교환 튜부(24)의 외면사이에 형성되어 있다.
각각의 환형의 통로(23)는 하부헤더(10)와 연통하고 있다.

저온 액체용 증발기(LOW-TEMPERATURE LIQUID EVAPORATOR)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 제1실시예로서 액화천연가스 증발기의 중요부분을 도시한 단면 정면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 저온액체를 유동시키기 위한 유입헤더; 유입헤더에 수직방향으로 각각 뻗어 있고 외부열교환 튜브의 외부가 가열매체와 접촉하여 있고 유입헤더와 연통하고 있는 복수의 외부열교환 튜브; 외부열교환 튜브내의 저온액체의 증발에 의해서 발생된 가스를 유동시키기 위하여 복수의 외부열교환 튜브를 경우하여 유입헤더와 연통하는 유출헤더; 환형의 통로가 저온액체를 유동시키기 위하여 유입헤더와 연통하고 대응외부열교환 튜브의 내면과 내부열교환 튜브의 외면사이에 환형의 통로를 각각 형성하고 복수의 외부열교환 튜브의 적어도 각 유입부분내에 제공된 복수의 내부열교환 튜브로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온액체 증발기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 외부열교환 튜브의 외면과 내부열교환 튜브의 내면중의 어느 하나는 복수의 돌출부를 형성하고 있으며, 이 돌출부는 튜브의 원주방향으로 배열되어 있고 다른 하나의 면을 향하여 돌출하여 있으며, 각각의 돌출부의 선단은 다른 하나의 면과 접촉하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온액체 증발기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 외부열교환 튜브의 내부는 돌출부를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온액체 증발기.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 내부열교환 튜브는 외부열교환 튜브보다 더 짧으며, 내부열교환 튜브는 외부열교환 튜브의 유입끝부분에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온액체 증발기.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 내부열교환 튜브는 그 내벽에 분사구멍을 형성하고 있고 분사구멍 보다 유입헤더에 더 근접한 위치에서 내부열교환 튜브내에 폐쇄부재를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온액체 증발기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 외부와 내부열교환 튜브는 수직방향으로 배열된 반면에 유출헤더는 유입헤더위에 있고 내부열교환 튜브의 상부끝은 유출헤더에 확고하게 부착되어 있고 외부와 내부열교환 튜브는 매달린 상태로 유출헤더에 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온액체 증발기.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 열조정 유체를 유동시키기 위한 제2헤더를 더 포함하고 있으며, 내부열교환 튜브의 유출 끝은 외부열교환 튜브의 유출끝으로 돌출하여 있고 제2헤더에 연결되어 있으며, 내부열교환 튜브는 폐쇄부재 보다 유출끝에 더 근접하고 외부열교환 튜브의 유출끝을 넘지 않는 위치에서 벽내에 혼합구멍을 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온액체 증발기.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 내부열교환 튜브의 유입끝은 유입헤더에 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온액체 증발기.
