Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、表面実装型半導体装置に関し、特に表面実装
型半導体装置のパッケージの構造に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来の表面実装型半導体装置のパッケージ本体は、第２
図に示すように裏面が平坦になってい〔発明が解決しよ
うとする課題〕 従来の表面実装型半導体装置においては、パッケージ本
体の裏面が平坦になっているので、プリント板等に実装
する場合、動いて位置ずれを起こし易く、そのような状
態で半田付けされると特性不良となり易いという欠点が
ある。
本発明の目的は、精度よく実装することの可能な表面実
装型半導体装置を提供することにある。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明の表面実装型半導体装置は、パッケージ本体の裏
面に突起を有しているというものである。
〔実施例〕
第１図（ａ）及び＜ｂ＞は、それぞれ本発明の一実施例
の側面図及び底面図である。
樹脂又はセラミック製のパッケージ本体２の裏面に厚さ
１〜２ｍｍの突起３か設けられている。
実装平面と突起先端との距ＫＭ　Ｌは０，５〜１．　ｍ
．　ｍ程度になっている。突起の材質はパッケージ本体
と同一で′もよいし、異なっていてもよい。プリント板
等にあらかじめこの突起と桜かに嵌合する穴または凹部
を設けておけば、実装時に位置決めを行なうことができ
実装時の位置ずれを防止できる。
突起の形状は、直方体や三角柱でもよく、又複数箇設け
てもよい。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明したように本発明は、パッケージ本体の裏面に
突起を設けることにより、表面実装型半導体装置の実装
時の位置ずれを防止できる効果がある。

第１図（ａ）及び（ｂ）はそれぞれ本発明の一実施例の
側面図及び底面図、第２図（ａ）及び（ｂ）はそれぞれ
従来例の側面図及び底面図である。 １・・・外部リード、２・・・パッケージ本体〈樹脂又
はセラミック等）、３・・・突起（樹脂又はセラミック
等）。
