Claims (1)
- リードピンが取付けられた回路基板の上面にリ
ードピンと接続した下部リード層を設け、ＩＣチ
ツプが取付けられたガラス板の下面にＩＣチツプ
と接続し下部リード層と対応した上部リード層を
設け、上下部リード層の間に導電ゴムを介して回
路基板とガラス板とを側部からキヤツプで挾付け
固定してなる半導体装置。
