、Ｘｅ：閃光放電管、Ｑ１：トランジスタ、Ｑ２
：絶縁ゲート型バイポーラトランジスタ、ＴＣ：
トリガ回路、ＣＣ：クランプ回路。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電源ラインと接地ラインとの間に介装された閃
    光放電管と、 電源により充電されて前記閃光放電管を発光さ
    せる電荷を蓄積する主コンデンサと、 前記電源により充電されるトリガコンデンサと
    トリガトランスとを有し前記閃光放電管にトリガ
    電圧を印加するトリガ回路と、 発光開始を指令する第１のスイツチング素子と
    、 前記閃光放電管を流れる放電電流を流通・遮断
    する第２のスイツチング素子とを具備する電子閃
    光装置において、 前記第２のスイツチング素子を、制御端子に印
    加される電圧によりオン・オフする電圧制御型の
    スイツチング素子となし、 前記電源ラインと前記接地ラインとの間に介装
    され、前記主コンデンサの充電時に充電されるコ
    ンデンサとインダクタとから成り前記第１のスイ
    ツチング素子がオンすると発振する第１のＬＣ共
    振回路と、 この第１のＬＣ共振回路の発振電圧を前記第２
    のスイツチング素子の制御電圧に適した値にクラ
    ンプして前記制御端子に印加するクランプ回路と
    、 前記閃光放電管のカソードと前記第２のスイツ
    チング素子との間に設けられ放電電流が流れる方
    向の電流の流れのみを許容する一方向性導通素子
    とを具備し、 前記トリガトランスの１次巻線とトリガコンデ
    ンサの直列接続から成る第２のＬＣ共振回路を前
    記第２のスイツチング素子と並列に接続し、前記
    トリガトランスの１次巻線の電源側を前記閃光放
    電管と前記一方向性導通素子との接続点に接続し
    たことを特徴とする電子閃光装置。
