Claims (1)
- アドレス信号とデータ信号を入力して、アドレ
スに対応するメモリセルにデータを格納するデー
タ書込手段と、アドレス信号を入力して、アドレ
スに対応するメモリセルのデータをデータ信号と
して出力するデータ読出手段を有する記憶装置に
おいて、アドレス信号とデータ信号を入力して、
アドレスに対応するメモリセルのデータと前記の
入力されたデータとで演算を行い演算結果のデー
タを新たにアドレスに対応するメモリセルに格納
するデータ修正書込手段を含むことを特徴とする
記憶装置。
