第１図は本考案の一実施例による厚膜混成集積
回路装置を示す図で、第１図ａは、この実施例の
セラミツクパツケージの正面図を示す図、第１図
ｂはこのセラミツクパツケージを使用した厚膜混
成集積回路の該当部斜視図である。第２図は従来
の装置を示す図である。 図中、１はトランジスタ、２は信号入出力リー
ド、３はセラミツクパツケージアース部、４は絶
縁性基板、４ａは切込み、５は放熱板、６はバー
状金属片、７はアースパターン、８は信号ライン
パターンである。なお図中同一符号は同一又は相
当部分を示す。

が組み込まれた厚膜混成集積回路装置において、 上記セラミツクパツケージのアース部に一体に
設けられ、混成集積回路基板上のアース部との電
気的な接続をとるための金属リードを備えたこと
を特徴とする厚膜混成集積回路装置。
