- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 プリント基板と、 このプリント基板の裏面に貼り付けられた放熱
用導電板と、 前記プリント基板に形成された穴または切欠き
を介してヒートシンクが前記放熱用導電板に半田
により電気的および機械的に接続された非絶縁タ
イプのモールド出力素子と、 前記モールド出力素子の１つのリード端子に接
続されているプリント基板上の配線パターンに対
して半田付けされた第１出力端子と、 前記モールド出力素子のゲート端子に接続され
ているプリント基板上の配線パターンと前記放熱
用導電板とに共通に半田付けされた第２出力端子 とを備えたソリツドステートリレー。
