図は、本考案の実施例を示すものであり、第１
図は手押し車として使用している状態を示す斜視
図、第２図は手押し車の蓋板部分を反転して腰掛
として使用している状態を示す斜視図、第３図は
要部を示すために座床枠を含む腰掛部分及び物品
収容体を取り外して示す斜視図、第４図は要部を
示すため一部を省略して示す拡大側面図、第５図
は同上図の拡大斜視図、第６図は要部を示す分解
側面図、第７図は組み立て状態における躯体を示
す側面図、第８図は折り畳み開始時を示す躯体の
側面図、第９図は折り畳み完了時を示す躯体の側
面図、第１０図以降は係止維持板とこれを係止さ
せる機構部分に関して異なる実施例を示すもので
あり、第１０図は要部を示すため一部を省略して
示す拡大側面図、第１１図は同上図の拡大斜視図
、第１２図は要部を示す分解側面図、第１３図は
折り畳み操作のためにストツパーを摺動させた状
態を示す側面図、第１４図は同上図におけるスト
ツパーの動きを示す拡大側面図、第１５図はスト
ツパーの摺動完了時を示す拡大側面図、第１６図
は折り畳み操作を開始した状態の躯体を示す側面

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 躯体を構成する後脚扞の長さ方向における
    中間部の背面に、後脚扞の背面に沿つて上下方向
    に反転起伏を行うことのできるブラケツトの基端
    部を枢着し、前記ブラケツトの先端部には、手押
    し扞の基端部に正面Ｌ字状乃至逆Ｙ字状となるよ
    うに嵌合板を分岐形成した係止板の分岐中心部を
    揺動自在に軸着し、ブラケツトの先端部に摺動自
    在に嵌合させた筒状のストツパーがブラケツトの
    先端部に選択的に嵌合させられた嵌合板のいずれ
    か一方を挟持して係止することができるように構
    成してなる手押し車等の折り畳みロツク機構。 (2) ブラケツトに摺動自在に取り付けたストツ
    パーの一側に、先端に係止爪を形成した停止維持
    板を一体的に形成し、前記係止爪は躯体を構成す
    る前脚扞の上端から張り出し形成した係止金具に
    着脱自在に係止できるように構成してなる実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の手押し車等のロツ
    ク機構。 (3) ブラケツトに摺動自在に取り付けたストツ
    パーがスプリング等の力によつて常時手押し扞の
    方向に向かうように付勢されているものである実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の手押し車等に
    おけるロツク機構。
