Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 前倒してトランクルールと車室とを連通可能な
    リヤシートバツクのロツク装置において、 ロツク装置は、シートバツクの前倒する部分の
    遊端部に固設したベース部材と、 該ベース部材に揺動可能に枢支され、トランク
    ルーム側に設けたストライカに係脱するラツチ部
    材と、 該ラツチ部材に車室内側から固結され、車室内
    側へ引いたとき前記ラツチ部材をロツク解除可能
    な手掛用のストラツプと、 前記ベース部材に移動可能に設けられ、前記ラ
    ツチ部材をロツク解除動作不能に該ラツチ部材に
    当接するロツク部材と、 前記ベース部材に移動可能に設けられ、一端が
    ストライカに当接して移動することにより、他端
    が前記ロツク部材に当接して前記ロツク部材を前
    記ラツチ部材に当接する位置から当接不能な位置
    に移動させる強制移動部材と、 前記ベース部材に移動可能に設けられ、前記ロ
    ツク部材を前記ラツチ部材に当接する位置から当
    接不能な位置に移動させるとともに、前記ラツチ
    部材をロツク解除動作させるロツク解除部材と、 前記前倒する部分の背面に設けられ、前記ロツ
    ク部材および前記ロツク解除部材を操作可能な操
    作ノブとを備えて成るリヤシートバツクのロツク
    装置。
