す側面図である。 これらの図に於て、１００はダクト、１００ａ
，１００ｂはチヤンバー部分、１０１ａ，１０１
ｂは搬送空気流、１０２は部分空気流、１０３は
部分空気流、１０４はダクトの彎曲部、１０５は
分流手段、１０６はコンテナ、１０６ａ，１０６
ｂは壁、１０７は案内素子、１０８はヒンジ継手
、１０９は衝突素子、１１０はヒンジ継手、１１
１は案内素子、１１２はヒンジ継手、１１３はコ
ーム、１１３ａはコーム歯、１１４はヒンジ継手
、１１６は新鮮な空気流、１１７は吸気口を示す
。
補正 平１．１０．１３ 図面の簡単な説明を次のように補正する。 明細書１１頁７行の「側面図である」の次に「

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ (a) 空気流によつて材料綿を搬送するため
    のダクト；但し、該ダクトは第１の方向に配向さ
    れ、且つ材料綿から分離される重い異物と材料綿
    とを運ぶ第１の入口ダクト部分と、材料綿の流れ
    の方向に見て該第１のダクト部分の下流に配置さ
    れた第２の出口ダクト部分とを有し、該第２のダ
    クト部分が該第１のダクト部分の方向と異なつた
    第２の方向に配向されている； (b) 該第１と第２のダクト部分の間でダクト
    内に位置している分離チヤンバー； (c) 該第１のダクト部分の下流端から平滑な
    接続のために延び、且つ該分離チヤンバーの境界
    をなす案内素子；但し該案内素子は重い異物をそ
    れに沿つて案内するために下向きに配向されてお
    り、該案内素子は該空気流を該第２の方向に案内
    するために第２のダクト部分の方に曲がつている
    下方終端部を有し、該下方終端部は重い異物を分
    離チヤンバーに落とす下方自由端を有している； (d) 分離チヤンバー内で該案内素子から間隔
    の置かれた分流手段；但し、該分流手段は空気流
    の１方の部分を分流手段の１面で分離チヤンバー
    に案内し、空気流の他の部分を分流手段の他面で
    第２のダクト部分の方に案内する； から成る材料綿から異物を分離する装置。 ２ 案内素子を垂直綿にピボツト運動のためにダ
    クトに取付けるヒンジ継手を更に含んだ実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の装置。 ３ 案内素子が空気力学的形状を有している実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の装置。 ４ 案内素子が第１の案内素子であつて、該第１
    案内素子から離れて分離チヤンバー内に位置する
    更に第２の案内素子を含み、該第２の案内素子が
    該分離チヤンバー内で空気流の方向に見て第１の
    案内素子の下流に間隔の置かれた実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項に記載の装置。 ５ 新鮮な空気を分離チヤンバー内に導入するた
    めの吸気口手段を更に含んだ実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項に記載の装置。 ６ 第１の方向が実質上水平であり、第２の方向
    が実質上垂直である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項に記載の装置。 ７ 分離チヤンバーが水平に対して傾斜した流れ
    方向を定めている実用新案登録請求の範囲第６項
    に記載の装置。 ８ 第１のダクト部分内に支持され、該ダクト部
    分内を横断して延びているコームを更に含んだ実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の装置。 ９ 第２のダクト部分が上流端を有し、該上流端
    に隣接して置かれた衝突要素を含み、該衝突要素
    が該第２のダクト部分で定められた流れ方向に対
    して鋭角に配向されている実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項に記載の装置。 １０ 衝突要素をダクトに対して垂直面でピボツ
    ト運動するためのヒンジ継手で取付けた実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第９項に記載の装置。
