Claims (8)
- 1.移動無線局(MS1,MS2)とセル(C1,C2,…)の基地局(BS, BX)との間でディジタル方式でメッセージ情報を送信し、メッセージ情報をデ ィジタル変調した無線信号が移動局と基地局の送信機と受信機とにより送受信さ れ、基地局から送られた無線信号のディジタル変調された情報は移動局の中で受 信された無線信号から等化器を使って再生されるようになっている、セル方式移 動無線システムにおける送信方法であって、特定の領域内にある複数のセルのう ちの1個のセルの移動局に対して、お互いに所定の距離離れた少なくとも2個の 基地局送信機(BmaまたはBnaの9A,BmbまたはBnbの9B)から同 じ情報を持つディジタル変調信号が送信され、これらのディジタル変調無線信号 は基地局の再送信機から同じ周波数範囲内で少なくとも部分的に同時に送信され ることと、メッセージ情報の送信時無線信号のディジタル変調は変調時間間隔と 共に変り、前記変調時間間隔は領域内の同じセル内に属する2個の基地局送信機 (9A,9B)間の最長送信距離を無線信号が伝搬する時間より短いことと、デ ィジタル変調信号の再生には移動局内で受信時間間隔の間に受信された無線信号 が使われ、前記受信時間間隔は領域内の同じセルに属する2個の基地局送信機( 9A,9B)間の最長送信距離を無線信号が伝搬する時間と少くとも等しいこと と、を特徴とする送信方法。
- 2.請求項1記載の方法において、同じメッセージ情報を有するディジタル変調 無線信号が、相互に可変の送信時間すれを持って異なる基地局送信機(Bma, Bmb)から所定の移動局(MS1,MS2)に送信されることと、前記送信時 間のずれは異なる基地局送信機(9A,9B)から移動局(MS1,MS2)に 信号が伝搬する時間差を相殺するように選ばれることとを特徴とする送信方法。
- 3.請求項2記載の方法において、異なる基地局送信機から送信さ打た同じメッ セージ情報を持つディジタル変調無線信号の到着時間のずれが移動局(MS1, MS2)で見積られることと、到着時間差の見積り情報は移動局から少くとも1 個の基地局(Bm)に送信されることと、到着時間差の見積り情報は少なくとも 1個の基地局送信機{Bma,Bmb)の送信時間のシフト量を選択するのに使 われることとを時間とする送信方法。
- 4.請求項2記載の方法において、移動局から送信された同じメッセージ情報を 持つ無線信号が、異なる基地局受信機(7A,7B)により受信される受信時間 のすれを見積ることと、前記受信時周差の見積り情報は対応する基地局送信機( Bna,Bnb)の送信時間のシフト量を選択するのに使われることとを特徴と する送信方法。
- 5.移動局(MS1,MS2)がセル(C1,C2。)内とセル間およびセルに 割り当てられた基地局(BS1,BS2,…)内と基地局間を移動可能になって いてメッセージ情報をディジタル送信し、前記移動局と基地局とは前記メッセー ジ情報をディジタル変調した無線信号を送受信するための送信機(6A,13) と受信機(7A,15)とを含み、前記送信機は前記メッセージ情報を送信する ときに変調時間間隔でディジタル変調を変え、前記受信機は受信された無線信号 から送信されたディジタル変調信号を再生するための等化器(16)を含む、セ ル方式移動無線システムであって、少なくとも2個の基地局送信機が特定の地域 内の少なくともあるセル(Cm,Cn)の各々に割り当てられており、前記少な くとも2個の基地局送信機はお互いから所定の送信距離(L,2L,…)離れて 配置されていて、セル内の移動局に同じメッセージ情報を持つディジタル変調無 線信号を同じ周波数範囲で少なくとも部分的に同時に送信し、前記少なくとも2 個の基地局送信機は領域内の同じセルに属する2個の基地局送信機間の最長送信 距離を無線信号が伝搬するのに要する時間よりも短い変調時間間隔を有すること と、領域内の同じセルに属する2個の基地局送信機関の最長送信距離を無線信号 が伝搬するのに更する時間と少なくとも等しい時間間隔の間に受信した無線信号 からディジタル変調信号を再生するために、移動局の受信機内に等化器を含むこ とと、を特徴とする移動無線システム。
- 6.請求項5記載の装置において、一方にむいて移動局(MS1)が属するセル (Cm)の基地局送信機(Bma)を経由してその移動局に送信されたディジタ ル変調無線信号がその移動局で受信される時間と、他方においてセル(Cm)の 別の基地局送信機(8mb)を経由してその移動局(MS1)に送信された同じ 情報を持つディジタル変調無線信号がその移動局で受信される時間との相互のず れを見積るための時間測定装置(18)と、同じセル(Cm)内の基地局送信機 (Bma,Bmb)が見積られた受信時間のずれに応じて相互の送信時間をずら して対応するディジタル変調無線信号を移動局に送信するように再送信機(Bm a,Bmb)の送信時間を相互にシフトするための送信時間シフト手段(2A, 2B)とを含むことを特徴とする、移動無線システム。
- 7.請求項6記載の装置において、時間測定手段は、同じセルに属する異なる基 地局送信機(9A,9B)から送信された対応するディジタル無線信号の到着時 間を比較するための到着時間比較手段(18)を、少なくともある移動局の中に 含むことを特徴とする移動無線システム。
- 8.請求項6記載の装置において、時間測定手段は、あるセル(Cn)内の移動 局(MS2)から送信されて、同じセルに属する異なる基地局トランシーバ(B na,Bnb)で受信されたディジタル変調無線信号の到着時間同士を比較する ための到着時間比較手段(1,10)を移動無線システムの静止部分に含むこと を特徴とする移動無線システム。
