Claims (4)
- 1.逆方向に回転可能で形状接続的に互いに連結された軸平行の2つの不釣合軸 を有する振動発生器であつて、これらの不釣合軸の一方が駆動モータにより駆動 され、かつまた前記不釣合軸が、不釣合体の位相関係を変化させる目的で連続的 に相互回転するようにハブを介して達結されており、このハブが、前記不釣合軸 の一方に回転可能に、しかし軸には固定的に配置され、この一方の軸を取り囲む 壁部内に不釣合軸に沿つて延びるハブみぞを有しており、このハブみぞ内へは前 記不釣合軸に対して回転不能に保持されたピンが滑動可能に係合し、このピンが 不釣合軸に沿つてハブみぞに対し斜めに延びるスリット内を、不釣合軸内に同軸 配置された、調節モータにより任意に操作可能な調節部材を介して移動可能であ る形式のものにおいて、 a)被駆動不釣合軸の駆動方向が逆転可能であること、 b)各不釣合軸が、固定取付けされた不釣合部材と、ストツパにより制限された 双方の最終位置の間の所定角度範囲にわたつて自由に旋回可能な不釣合部材とを 有し、固定的な不釣合部材に対するこれらのストツパの配置は、固定的な不釣合 部材と可動の不釣合部材とから成る不釣合体全体が可動不釣合部材の一方の最終 位置では最大値を、他方の最終位置では最小値を有するように行なわれ、かつま た、回転可能の複数不釣合部材が双方の不釣合軸上で、それぞれの駆動方向に応 じた等しい最終位置をとるように行なわれていること、 c)前記調節モータが複動式に構成されていること、等の自体公知の諸特徴が組 合されていることを特徴とする振動発生器。
- 2.前記の複動式調節モータが、互いに反対方向に作動する2つの単動モータか ら成つており、これら単動モータの一方のモータが不釣合軸の一方の端部から、 他方のモータが不釣合軸の他端部から調節部材に作用することを特徴とする請求 項1記載の振動発生器。
- 3.単数又は複数の前記調節モータが油圧式の作業シリンダであることを特徴と する請求項1又は2のいずれか1項記載の振動発生器。
- 4.単動作業シリンダのシリンダ室が少なくとも部分的に不釣合軸内へ入り込ん でいることを特徴とする請求項2及び3のいずれか1項記載の振動発生器。
