Description
造された平らな及び外科的移植材料(implant)

複合チューブを得た。 第1a図に示されたこのチュー
ブは、低い方の融点のフィラメントの割合が相対的に少
ない混合フィラメント4から成っていた。

脈管外科で使用して好結果を得ることができる。

成り、ポリグラフチンが5Qdtexの糸太さを有しそ
してポリ−p−ジオキサノンが65 dtexの糸太さ
を有し、網目寸法が0.2mmであり、第8図に示され
たような、オーバーカットされI;平坦な織製ファブリ
ック2により内径は閉じられた。
7アブリツクからいわゆる外科用綿撤糸(pledge
ts)を製造した。この混合ファブリツタにおいては、
高い方の融点のポリグラフチンの糸は低い方の融点のポ
リ−p−ジオキサノンの糸に対して5:1の割合で存在
しており、すべての糸は4Qdtexのタイター(Li
tre)を有していた。0゜3+nmの網目寸法を持っ
たこのストリップ材料を120℃で窒素下にシールしそ
して非、常に満足な加工が可能であった。

2b)の融点以上であって高い方の融点を存する他方の
再吸収性材料(2a)の融点以下の温度に加熱された後
、管状複合体として成形され又は強化されたものである
ことを特徴とする、再吸収性材料の管状移植材料。

- 1.織製又は編製チューブ(2)を備えて成り、該チュ
ーブのフィラメント又は繊維は、 a)完全に又は部分的に、異なった融点を持った少なく
とも2種類の異なる再吸収性材料(2a、2b)より成
るか、又は、 b)1種の再吸収性材料(2a)より成り且つ他方の再
吸収性材料の内側又は外側フィルム状層(10)により
完全に又は部分的に覆われているか又は被覆されており
、 前記チューブは、低い方の融点を有する再吸収性材料(
2b)の融点以上であって高い方の融点を有する他方の
再吸収性材料(2a)の融点以下の温度に加熱された後
、管状複合体として成形され又は強化されたものである
ことを特徴とする、再吸収性材料の管状移植材料。 - 2.異なる融点を持った少なくとも2種類の異なる再吸
収性材料の繊維又はフィラメントから製造したチューブ
を成形バー上に引き、不活性ガスの下で100−120
℃の温度に加熱することを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲
第1項記載のチューブを製造する方法。 - 3.再吸収性材料の管状フィルム(10)を成形バーに
施し、再吸収性材料の織製又は編製チューブを前記フィ
ルムで覆われた成形バーの上に引き、ここで前記管状フ
ィルム(10)又は前記チューブ(2)又はそのフィル
ムもしくは繊維の一部のいずれかが低い方の融点の再吸
収性プラスチックから形成されており、そして不活性ガ
スの下で100−120℃の温度に加熱することを特徴
とする、特許請求の範囲第1項記載のチューブを製造す
る方法。 - 4.織製又は編製ガーゼ、ストリップ又はリボンより成
り、そのフィラメント又は繊維は異なる融点を持った少
なくとも2種類の異なった。再吸収性材料より成り、前
記ガーゼ、ストリップ又はリボンは、低い方の融点を持
った前記再吸収性材料の融点以上の且つより高い方の融
点を持った他方の再吸収性材料の融点以上の温度に溶融
して後、平坦な複合体に成形され又はプレスされたもの
であることを特徴とする、再吸収性材料の平坦な移植材
料。
