チクル、コンデンサレンズ及び光源がその中心を
合わせて配置してなる半導体装置製造用の投影露
光装置において、 前記Ｘ−Ｙ移動台が垂直に位置されその中央部
を通りこのＸ−Ｙ移動台に対して垂直な水平線上
にこのＸ−Ｙ移動台より順次横方向にいずれも垂
直に位置された前記半導体ウエーハ、投影部、レ
