Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 フイラーボール下面からフイラーボール内に上
    部を嵌入し、フイラーボール下面に固設された筒
    状のバルブベースと、該バルブベースの内面を上
    下に摺動する通液スリーブと、該バルブベースと
    該通液スリーブとの中心に挿通され、上端をフイ
    ラーボール内の液面上に突出させた状態で、該バ
    ルブベース上部と螺着させ、下端部を実質円錐状
    の弁座を有する空気抜管と、該通液スリーブの下
    部外周に装着されたシール部材とを備え、 スプリングの下方への押圧力で、前記通液スリ
    ーブの下端面が、前記空気抜管の円錐状の弁座に
    当接し液通路出口を閉鎖させている自然流下式の
    液体充填バルブにおいて、 前記シール部材の下面を実質上水平面か、或い
    は半径方向内方に向かつて上方傾斜している面で
    構成し、且つ、 前記通液スリーブの下端を該シール部材の下面
    と同一、或いは該シール部材の下面より上方に位
    置させることにより、前記液通路出口を容器上端
    とほゞ同一、或いは該容器上端よりも上方に位置
    させるとともに、 前記空気抜管の下部に設けた該弁座部の下面に
    、充填量を規制する柱状部を連続して設けて、 前記液通路出口位置よりも下方にある前記空気
    抜管の容積を、容器内に充填された液の液面上に
    確保すべきヘツドスペース容積よりも大きくした ことを特徴とする液体充填バルブ。
