Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内径について上小径部２６、中間大径部２７お
    よび下小径部２８を有する垂直筒状充填ノズル１
    ６であつて、上小径部２６は、流入口２５を有し
    、中間大径部２７は、その上端から下にいくにし
    たがつて漸次径が大きくなつており、下小径部２
    ８は、その下端に流出口３１およびこれの縁部に
    内向きテーパ状のバルブシート３２を有している
    充填ノズル１６と、 充填ノズル１６の下部に昇降自在に保持されて
    いるバルブ１７であつて、バルブシート３２に合
    致する円錐状プラグ３３およびプラグ３３より充
    填ノズル１６内を上向きにのびて上端が上小径部
    ２６に達しかつ上端に下向き係合部４１を有する
    ステム３４よりなるバルブ１７と、 流下液体に対する抵抗体３６であつて、バルブ
    シート３２にプラグ３３が密接している状態で大
    径部２７上端に位置するようにステム３４に固定
    されている抵抗体３６と、 充填ノズル１６内の液体の重力に抗してバルブ
    シート３２にプラグ３３が密接させられるように
    バルブ１７を上向きに付勢しているばね１９と、 抵抗体３６に、ばね１９の力に抗してバルブ１
    ７を下降させうる流下液圧が加わるように流入口
    ２５から充填ノズル１６に液体を一定量ずつ間欠
    的に送り込む定量シリンダ１５と、 充填ノズル１６の上部に昇降自在に保持されて
    いる垂直ロツド１８であつて、下端に下向き係合
    部４１に下側から係合する上向き係合部４３を有
    している垂直ロツド１８と、 バルブシート３２にプラグ３３が密接している
    ときに下向き係合部４１に上向き係合部４３が係
    合するときの垂直ロツド１８の位置を上限位置と
    し、上限位置から、あらかじめ設定されたバルブ
    １７最大ストローク以上下方の位置を下限位置と
    して、充填液の送り込みが停止されているときに
    、両位置の間で垂直ロツド１８を昇降させる昇降
    手段と、 よりなる液体定量充填装置。
