【図面の簡単な説明】
第1図は本考案の一実施例に係る溶融炉の縦断
面図、第2図は上記実施例により得られた炉壁に
おける固相スラグ形成時の温度分布の図、第3図
は上記実施例と略同様の実験炉を用いた種々の実
験により得られた炉壁の吸熱量と固相スラグの厚
さとの相関線図である。 1…本体、2…粉体バーナ、3…固相スラグ、
4…炉壁(耐火材)、5…溶融スラグ、6…スラ
グタツプ、7…水冷管。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 下水処理、し尿処理及び産業廃水処理工程等か
    ら排出される汚泥又は該汚泥等を焼却処理した時
    に排出される焼却灰を溶融するため、所定の炉壁
    温度を保つ吸熱装置を炉壁内に有すると共にスラ
    グ排出部をセンタタツプ方式とした竪型旋回流型
    の溶融炉において、炉壁表面に3〜15mmの厚さ
    に保持された固相スラグと、吸熱量を毎時炉壁1
    m2当り(5〜9)×10kcalの範囲に制御
    可能な吸熱装置とを具備してなることを特徴とす
    る溶融炉。
