Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) スプールの一端側に比例ソレノイドの推力
    を作用させ、他端側のフイードバツク室に絞りを
    介して出力圧をフイードバツクして両者の釣り合
    いにより出力圧を調整する比例減圧弁において、
    前記フイードバツク室の圧油をタンクへ連通可能
    としてフイードバツク特性を可変とする調節弁を
    設けたことを特徴とする比例減圧弁。 (2) 調節弁が、フイードバツクの油圧が所定圧
    以上となつたときにフイードバツク室をタンクへ
    リリーフするリリーフ弁である実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第1項記載の比例減圧弁。 (3) スプールの他端側に出力圧が作用する2つ
    の受圧面を設け、一方の受圧面により形成される
    フイードバツク室の圧油をタンクへ連通可能とし
    てフイードバツク特性を可変とする調節弁を設け
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載の比例減圧
    弁。 (4) 調節弁が、供給圧とフイードバツク室の出
    力圧との比が所定値以上となつたときにフイード
    バツク室とタンクとを連通する開閉弁である実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の比例減圧弁。 (5) 調節弁が、フイードバツク室の油圧が所定
    値以上のときにフイードバツク室とタンクとを連
    通する第2のスプールを含む第2の減圧弁である
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の比例減圧弁
    。 (6) 調節弁が、油温を感知して開閉し低温時に
    フイードバツク室をタンクへリリーフする開閉弁
    である実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の比例
    減圧弁。
