【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は樹脂封止型半導体装置に関する。
従来、樹脂封止型半導体装置は、第２図に示すように、
リード４部を直接樹脂で封止する構造となっていた。

上述した従来の樹脂封止型半導体装置は、リード部を直
接樹脂にて封止する構造となっているため樹脂とリード
部の間から水分が入り、半導体素子のＡ々電極部が腐食
されたり半導体素子の特性が悪くなり信頼性に欠けると
いう欠点がある。

本発明の樹脂封止型半導体装置は、リードと樹脂封止体
との間に前記リードに封着したガラスを有するというも

金属及び樹脂とガラスとの密着性が良いために外界から
の水分の進入を防ぐことができ、耐湿性及び信頼性が向

以上説明したように本発明は樹脂封止型半導体装置のリ
ードに、金属及び樹脂との密着性の良いガラスを封着さ
せることにより外界からの水分の進入を防ぐことができ
