Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 試料槽内の試料をネブライザで霧化しての
ちアルゴンガスによつてスプレーチヤンバー内に
搬送して冷却し、その後、プラズマトーチの内室
へ搬入し高周波誘導結合プラズマを用いて前記試
料をイオン化し生じたイオンを真空中に導入しイ
オン光学系を通して質量分析計検出器に導いて検
出することにより前記試料中の被測定元素を分析
する分析計において、スプレーチヤンバー本体の
両側を伝熱用シリコンシートを介して冷却用アル
ミニウムブロツクで覆うと共に該冷却用アルミニ
ウムブロツクと内部に冷却水が流れる連通穴が設
けられている放熱用アルミニウムブロツクとの間
にペルチエ素子を装着して前記スプレーチヤンバ
ーを構成し、前記スプレーチヤンバー本体内に搬
送された試料が前記ペルチエ素子の冷却効果によ
つて冷却されるようにしたことを特徴とする高周
波誘導結合プラズマ質量分析計。 (2) 前記冷却用アルミニウムブロツクに代えて
大型のヒートシンクを用いたことを特徴とする実
