Claims (1)
- 試料槽内の試料をネブライザで霧化してのちア
ルゴンガスによつてスプレーチヤンバー内に搬送
して冷却し、その後、プラズマトーチの内室へ搬
入し高周波誘導結合プラズマを用いて前記試料を
イオン化し生じたイオンを真空中に導入しイオン
光学系を通して質量分析計検出器に導いて検出す
ることにより前記試料中の被測定元素を分析する
分析計において、スプレーチヤンバー本体の両側
を冷却用アルミニウムブロツクで覆うと共に該冷
却用アルミニウムブロツクと内部に冷却水が流れ
る連通穴が設けられている放熱用アルミニウムブ
ロツクとの間にペルチエ素子を装着して前記スプ
レーチヤンバーを構成し、前記スプレーチヤンバ
ー本体内に搬送された試料が前記ペルチエ素子の
冷却効果によつて冷却されるようにしたことを特
徴とする高周波誘導結合プラズマ質量分析計。
