第２図は同糞取り機の縦断面図、第３図はカート
リツジ収容ケースに取付けられた押し上げプレー
トの斜視図、第４図は第１図示の糞取り機の側面
図、第５図は筒状体に対するロツドの取付状態を
説明するための部分拡大断面図、第６図は同取付
状態を示す平面図、第７図はピニオンとロツドの
歯との噛合状態を示す拡大断面図、第８図は糞受
け用ビニール袋を収納したカートリツジの構造を
説明するための斜視図、第９図は同カートリツジ
の平面図、第１０図はカートリツジの先端部に貼
着したテープ片が破かれた状態を示した斜視図で
ある。 １０：筒状体、１１：カートリツジ、１２：カ
ートリツジ収容ケース、１３：押し上げプレート
、１４：ピン、１６：ロツド、１６５：ロツドの
歯、１８：可逆モーター、１８１：可逆モーター
の回転軸、１９：ピニオン、２０：ビニール袋、
２００：弾性線材、２１：テープ片。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 長尺な筒状体１０と、筒状体１０に対して直交
    する如く筒状体１０の先端部１０３の上・下方向
    に抜き差し自在に貫通装着されたピン１４と、筒
    状体１０の筒穴１０２内にスライド自在に挿置さ
    れたロツド１６と、筒状体１０に着脱自在に装着
    された収納ケース１２と、積み重ねるようにして
    収納ケース１２内に収容された複数個のカートリ
    ツジ１１と、収納ケース１２に対してスライド自
    在に装着されて収納ケース１２内のカートリツジ
    １１を一個一個筒状体１０の筒穴１０２内へ移動
    させるための押し上げプレート１３とを備え、前
    記複数個のカートリツジ１１の各々が、開口面側
    を互いに対向させて互いに回動自在に各一端部を
    軸支した一対の略Ｕ字状長尺部材１１０，１１０
    と、糞受け用の開口を備えしかもその開口縁に沿
    つてリング状に装着された弾性線材２００を具備
    して折り畳むようにして前記弾性線材２００を介
    して前記一対のＵ字状長尺部材１１０，１１０間
    に支持されたビニール袋２０と、前記ビニール袋
    ２０をその間に収容ししかもその間に前記ピン１
    ４を受け入れるに充分な間隔Ａを持たせた状態で
    前記ビニール袋２０の弾性線材２００の弾発力に
    抗しつつ互いに閉じた前記一対のＵ字状長尺部材
    １１０，１１０間の上・下面上に夫々掛け渡し貼
    着された少なくとも一対のテープ片２１とを備え
    、前記押し上げプレート１３で筒状体１０の筒穴
    １０２内に移動させたカートリツジ１１をロツド
    １６で筒状体１０の先端部１０３方向へ突き出し
    た時に、前記ピン１４がカートリツジ１１の長尺
    部材１１０，１１０間の対向間隔Ａ内に侵入しつ
    つ前記テープ片２１を破り、それにより前記カー
    トリツジ１１の一対の長尺部材１１０，１１０が
    前記ビニール袋２０の弾性線材２００の弾発力で
    拡開しつつビニール袋２０の糞受け用開口部を拡
    開させるようにした糞取り機において、前記ロツ
    ド１６をその長手方向に沿つて複数個の歯１６５
    を備えたラツク状に形成して筒状体１０の筒穴１
    ０２内で筒状体１０の長手方向にスライド可能に
    筒状体１０の周壁部に支持し、回転軸１８１が筒
    状体１０の周壁を貫通して筒状体１０の筒穴１０
    ２内に位置するよう筒状体１０の外周上に可逆モ
    ーター１８を配置すると共に、その可逆モーター
    １８の回転軸１８１に前記ロツド１６の歯１６５
    と噛合するピニオン１９を装着することによつて
    、前記可逆モーター１８の駆動で回転したピニオ
    ン１９を介して前記ロツド１６が前進動しつつ前
    記筒状体１０の筒穴１０２内に位置するカートリ
    ツジ１１を筒状体１０の先端部より突き出し移動
    させ、一方前記可逆モーター１８の逆駆動で逆回
    転したピニオン１９を介して前記ロツド１６が待
    機位置まで後退動するようにしたことを特徴とす
    る糞取り機。
