Abstract
一种便于收折的宠物集便器，其包含：一伸缩杆（10）；一连接架（20），其固定于伸缩杆（10）；一第一连接条（30），其枢设于连接架（20）的一侧，令第一连接条（30）可相对于连接架（20）翻转；以及一第二连接条（50），其枢设于连接架（20）的另一侧，令第二连接条（50）可相对于连接架（20）翻转，且第二连接条（50）及第一连接条（30）是可朝彼此方向弯折，以使第二连接条（50）及第一连接条（30）的端部互相扣合，令第二连接条（50）及第一连接条（30）圈设成一套件，且套件可相对于伸缩杆（10）翻折成任一固定角度，用以装设一袋体，以盛接宠物的粪便。
Description
本发明是关于一种宠物集便器，尤指一种便于收折的宠物集便器。
请参阅中国台湾第M339209号发明专利，其揭露一种《犬只粪便盛接器》，其具有一伸缩杆体、一下环、一上环及一粪便袋，其中，下环是借助下环结合件结合于伸缩杆体的前端，上环是借助上下环结合件结合于下环，借以形成一可掀开的夹物体，而粪便袋是反折于下环的圆周上，由上环扣住成一盛载体，借此，当犬只欲排泄其排泄物时，即可用粪便袋直接将犬只的排泄物收集于内，以避免造成环境污染。
然而，由于上述的上环及下环是固定于伸缩杆体前端，且两者皆无法相对于伸缩杆体收折或拆卸，因此，造成整体粪便盛接器的体积过大，不便于使用者携带，故尚具有必须改良之处，以待相关产业者解决。
为解决上述课题，本发明提供一种便于收折的宠物集便器，其套件是由两连接条圈设而成，且该两连接条可相对于伸缩杆呈收折状，借以达到可快速收折及方便携带等功能。
为达到上述目的，本发明的便于收折的宠物集便器，其包含：一伸缩杆，其具有呈相反之一握持端及一架设端；一连接架，其固定于架设端；一第一连接条，其具有呈相反之一第一枢设端及一第一扣合端，第一枢设端是枢设于连接架的一侧，令第一连接条可相对于连接架翻转，并可以第一扣合端朝向握持端的方式呈收折状；以及一第二连接条，其具有呈相反之一第二枢设端及一第二扣合端，第二枢设端是枢设于连接架的另一侧，令第二连接条可相对于连接架翻转，并可以第二扣合端朝向握持端的方式呈收折状，而第二连接条及第一连接条是可朝彼此方向弯折，以使第二扣合端与第一扣合端扣合，令第二连接条及第一连接条圈设成一套件，且套件可相对于伸缩杆翻折成任一固定角度，用以装设一袋体，以盛接宠物的粪便。
借此，本发明的宠物集便器的套件是借助第一连接条及第二连接条圈设而成，且第一连接条可以第一扣合端朝向伸缩杆的握持端的方式呈收折状，而第二连接条可以第二扣合端朝向伸缩杆的握持端的方式呈收折状，借以第一连接条及第二连接条皆可相对于伸缩杆收折，于非使用状态时，可达到快速收折及方便携带等功能。

为便于说明本发明于上述发明内容一栏中所表示的中心思想，兹以具体实施例表达。实施例中各种不同物件是按适于列举说明的比例，而非按实际元件的比例予以绘制，合先叙明。
请参阅图1至图6所示，本发明提供一种便于收折的宠物集便器100，其包含一伸缩杆10、一连接架20、一第一连接条30、一第一枢接件40、一第二连接条50、一第二枢接件60及两枢轴件70、80。
伸缩杆10，其具有呈相反的一握持端11及一架设端12，且伸缩杆10是数个管件13由管径大至小套接而成，而各管件13具有延轴向设置的一定位凹槽14，用以与相邻的管件13轴向定位，以使各管件13无法相对旋转。
连接架20，其呈U字形，并固定于伸缩杆10的架设端12，连接架20具有两平行设置的侧板21，而固定方式较佳者，是借助一螺杆22穿设两侧板21及架设端12，并配合一螺帽23的方式，借以将连接架20锁固于架设端12上。
第一连接条30，其具有挠性，并具有呈相反之一第一枢设端31及一第一扣合端32，其中，第一枢设端31是枢设于连接架20的一侧，第一扣合端32具有同轴设置的一抵挡部33及一扣合部34，抵挡部33是位于第一枢设端31及扣合部34之间，且抵挡部33的外径是大于扣合部34。
第一枢接件40，其组接于第一连接条30的第一枢设端31，组接方式较佳者，可采用螺合或紧配的方式，而第一枢接件40具有一穿孔41，且枢轴件70是穿设于穿孔41，并穿设固定于两侧板21，借以令第一枢设端31是借助第一枢接件40枢设于连接架20的两侧板21之间，且第一连接条30可相对于连接架20翻转，并可以第一扣合端32朝向握持端11的方式呈收折状，如图1所示，而于本发明中，枢轴件70为互相配设的一螺杆71及一螺帽72。
第二连接条50，其具有挠性，并具有呈相反之一第二枢设端51及一第二扣合端52，其中，第二枢设端51是枢设于连接架20的另一侧，第二扣合端52具有一扣套53。
第二枢接件60，其组接于第二连接条50的第二枢设端51，组接方式较佳者，可采用螺合或紧配的方式，而第二枢接件60具有一穿孔61，且枢轴件80是穿设于穿孔61，并穿设固定于两侧板21，借以令第二枢设端51是借助第二枢接件60枢设于连接架20的两侧板21之间，伸缩杆10的架设端12是位于第一枢接件40及第二枢接件60之间，且第二连接条50可相对于连接架20翻转，并可以第二扣合端52朝向握持端11的方式呈收折状，如图1所示，而于本发明中，枢轴件80也为互相配设的一螺杆81及一螺帽82。
此外，第一连接条30及第二连接条50是可朝彼此方向弯折，以使第一扣合端32的扣合部34可固定于第二扣合端52的扣套53内缘，而较佳者，扣合部34是借助紧配卡固的方式固定于扣套53内缘，且扣套53及抵挡部33可相抵接，以使第二扣合端52与第一扣合端32扣合，令第二连接条50及第一连接条30圈设成一套件90，如图3及图4所示。
再者，第一枢接件40及第二枢接件60的穿孔41、61皆是呈锥形状，且该两穿孔41、61的一端皆为一圆形开口42、62，另一端皆为一L型开口43、63，该两L型开口43、63是位于同一侧，如图2所示，且该两L型开口43、63的转角端44、64皆是朝向伸缩杆10，各L型开口43、63具有相连接的两延伸段45、65，两延伸段45、65的夹角是大于90度。
借此，当第一连接条30及第二连接条50相对于连接架20翻转时，借助该两L型开口43、63的设置，可增加第一连接条30及第二连接条50分别相对于各枢轴件70、80的转动裕度(例如图5A所示是第一连接条30呈收折状时，第一枢接件40与枢轴件70的示意图，图5B所示是第一连接条30与第二连接条50圈设成套件90时，第一枢接件40与枢轴件70的示意图)，进而增加了第一连接条30及第二连接条50相对于连接架20翻转的角度范围，以使第一连接条30及第二连接条50圈设成套件90时，套件90可相对于伸缩杆10翻折成任一固定角度，用以装设一袋体200，以盛接宠物300的粪便。
以上即为本发明的结构及形状概述，并将本发明所能达成的功效原理及使用方法陈述如下：
当欲使用本发明的宠物集便器100时，首先，将第一连接条30的扣合部34固定于第二连接条50的扣套53内缘，以将第一连接条30及第二连接条50圈设成套件90，的后，再将套件90相对于伸缩杆10翻折成固定角度，并将袋体200套设在套件90上，如图6所示，借此，若宠物300欲排泄其排泄物时，即可用袋体200直接将宠物300的排泄物收集于内，以避免造成环境污染的情形。
此外，使用者可依使用情形，随时调整伸缩杆10的整体长度，且较佳者，本发明的伸缩杆10上可配设有一手电筒201，以提供夜晚照明的功能，且伸缩杆10更可配设一袋体收纳盒202，用以容置数个备用的袋体200，另，连接架20的两侧皆可覆盖一具有宠物图案的饰片203，以具有美观的效果。
而当收集完宠物300的排泄物后，再将第一连接条30的扣合部34拆离于第二连接条50的扣套53内缘，并将伸缩杆10的长度回复成原始状态后，将第一连接条30以第一扣合端32朝向伸缩杆10的握持端11的方式呈收折状，第二连接条50以第二扣合端52朝向伸缩杆10的握持端11的方式呈收折状，如图1所示，借以令第一连接条30及第二连接条50皆可相对于伸缩杆10收折，故本发明于非使用状态时，可达到快速收折及方便携带等功能。
以上所举实施例仅用以说明本发明而已，非用以限制本发明的范围。举凡不违本发明精神所从事的种种修改或变化，俱属本发明意欲保护的范畴。

- 一种便于收折的宠物集便器，其特征在于，包含：一伸缩杆，其具有呈相反的一握持端及一架设端；一连接架，其固定于该架设端；一第一连接条，其具有呈相反之一第一枢设端及一第一扣合端，该第一枢设端是枢设于该连接架的一侧，令该第一连接条可相对于该连接架翻转，并可以该第一扣合端朝向该握持端的方式呈收折状；以及一第二连接条，其具有呈相反之一第二枢设端及一第二扣合端，该第二枢设端是枢设于该连接架的另一侧，令该第二连接条可相对于该连接架翻转，并可以该第二扣合端朝向该握持端的方式呈收折状，而该第二连接条及该第一连接条是可朝彼此方向弯折，以使该第二扣合端与该第一扣合端扣合，令该第二连接条及该第一连接条圈设成一套件，且该套件可相对于该伸缩杆翻折成任一固定角度，用以装设一袋体，以盛接宠物的粪便。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便于收折的宠物集便器，其特征在于，更包含有一第一枢接件及一第二枢接件，分别组接于该第一枢设端及该第二枢设端，用以分别枢接于该连接架的两侧，且该架设端是位于该第一枢接件及该第二枢接件之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的便于收折的宠物集便器，其特征在于，更包含有两枢轴件，该连接架具有两平行设置的侧板，该两枢轴件是分别穿设该第一枢接件及该第二枢接件，并穿设固定于该两侧板，以使该第一枢接件及该第二枢接件枢设于该两侧板之间。
- 根据权利要求3所述的便于收折的宠物集便器，其特征在于，该第一枢接件及该第二枢接件分别具有呈锥形状的一穿孔，用以供各该枢轴件穿设。
- 根据权利要求4所述的便于收折的宠物集便器，其特征在于，各该穿孔的一端为一圆形开口，另一端为一L型开口，该两L型开口是位于同一侧，且该两L型开口的转角端皆是朝向该伸缩杆。
- 根据权利要求5所述的便于收折的宠物集便器，其特征在于，各该L型开口具有相连接的两延伸段，且每一L型开口的两延伸段的夹角是大于90度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便于收折的宠物集便器，其特征在于，该第一扣合端具有一抵挡部及一扣合部，该抵挡部是位于该第一枢设端及该扣合部之间，且该抵挡部的外径是大于该扣合部，而该第二扣合端具有一扣套，该扣合部可固定于该扣套内缘，且该扣套及该抵挡部可相抵接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的便于收折的宠物集便器，其特征在于，该扣合部是借助紧配卡固的方式固定于该扣套内缘。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便于收折的宠物集便器，其特征在于，该伸缩杆是数个管件由管径大至小套接而成。
- 根据权利要求9所述的便于收折的宠物集便器，其特征在于，各该管件具有延轴向设置的一定位凹槽，用以与相邻的管件轴向定位，以使各该管件无法相对旋转。
