Description
第１図はこの考案による電気二重層コンデンサ
の一実施例に係る分解斜視図、第２図は同実施例
における第１の電極板と電気絶縁板の分解状態の
断面図、第３図は同実施例における第２の電極板
と電気絶縁板の組合せ状態の断面図、第４図は従
来例を示す断面図である。 図中、１０は外装金属ケース、１１はセル、１
２はスリーブ、１３は電極ユニツト、１４は第１
の電極板、１５は第２の電極板、１４ａ，１５ａ
はリード端子、１６は電気絶縁板、１７はリード
端子挿通穴、１７ａは薄膜、１８は突起である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 有底円筒状の外装金属ケース内に電気容量
素子である所定数のコイン状セルを挿入するとと
もに、上記外装金属ケースの開口部より外側に突
出するリード端子をそれぞれ有する第１および第
２の電極板を電気絶縁板を挟んで重ね合わせた電
極ユニツトをその第１の電極板が上記セルに電気
的に接触するように上記外装金属ケースの開口部
内に配置し、上記外装金属ケースの開口部を内側
に向けてかしめてその端縁を上記第２の電極板に
機械的かつ電気的に接合してなる電気二重層コン
デンサにおいて、 上記第２の電極板の所定部位に溝を形成すると
ともに、上記電気絶縁板に上記溝内に嵌合する隆
起部を設け、かつ、同隆起部の側壁上部に上記溝
の上縁に係合する弾性変形可能な抜け止め用の突
起を形成してなることを特徴とする電気二重層コ
ンデンサ。 (2) 上記電気絶縁板は合成樹脂からなり、上記
隆起部と上記突起は同電気絶縁板に対して一体成
形されている請求項１記載の電気二重層コンデン
サ。 (3) 上記電気絶縁板には薄膜によつて閉塞され
たリード端子挿通穴が形成され、上記第１の電極
板のリード端子は上記薄膜を突破つて上記外装金
属ケースの外側に引出されている請求項１記載の
電気二重層コンデンサ。
