- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 入射光量に応じた電流信号を発生する受光
素子と、前記電流信号を電圧信号に変換する電流
電圧変換回路とを含む光電変換回路であつて、 前記電流信号を低入力インピーダンスを呈する
能動回路を介して前記電流電圧変換回路に供給す
ることを特徴とする光電変換回路。 (2) 前記能動回路は前記受光素子にエミツタ電
流を供給しコレクタ電圧を出力とするベース接地
型トランジスタ回路であることを特徴とする請求
項1記載の光電変換回路。
