- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光電変換素子で成る受光素子と、この受光
素子を回路の一部とする発振回路と、前記受光素
子を入力バイアス用の回路素子とする増幅回路と
を備えることを特徴とする受光回路。 (2) 前記発振回路は、ユニジヤンクシヨントラ
スジスタによることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
