には同一符号を付して示してある。

- 光信号を電気信号に変換する受光素子と受光素
子により変換された電気信号を増幅する増幅器と
、デイジタル信号レベルに変換する比較器とから
なる光受信器において、受光素子の負荷抵抗とし
て、ダイオードを用いたことを特徴とする光受信
器。
