Claims (1)
- 光信号を電気信号に変換する受光素子と、前記
受光素子の出力を増幅するトランジスタインピー
ダンス形の前置増幅回路と、前記前置増幅回路の
出力のピークを検出するピーク検出回路と、前記
ピーク検出回路の出力と基準電圧とを比較する比
較回路とを含み、前記比較回路の出力に応じて前
記前置増幅回路の入力信号制限する光受信回路に
おいて、前記比較回路の出力を入力とし、コレク
タ抵抗を介して電源に接続されたエミツタ接地ト
ランジスタと、カソードが前記トランジスタのコ
レクタと接続され、アノードが前記前置増幅回路
の入力と接続されたダイオードとを含む光受信回
路。
