示すブロツク図である。 １……受光素子、２……前置増幅部、３……利
得制御増幅部、４……等化フイルタ、５……増幅
部、６……等化波形出力端子、７……ピーク検波
部、８……増幅部、９……高電圧発生部、１１，
１４……抵抗器、１２，１５……コンデンサ、１
３……ダイオード、１６……電源電圧供給端子。
ブロツク図、第２図は従来の光受信回路の一例を
示すブロツク図である。 １……受光素子、２……前置増幅部、３……利
得制御増幅部、４……等化フイルタ、５……増幅
部、６……等化波形出力端子、７……ピーク検波
部、８……増幅部、９……高電圧発生部、１１，
１４……抵抗器、１２，１５……コンデンサ、１
３……ダイオード、１６……電源電圧供給端子。
Claims (1)
- データ信号により強度変調された光波形を光電
変換する受光素子と、この出力を増幅する増幅部
と、該増幅部の出力の一部を検出し、その検出出
力に基づき受光素子の増倍率を最適にすべく制御
する自動利得制御回路を有する光受信回路におい
て、自動利得制御回路の制御電圧を電源立上げ時
に前記自動利得制御回路の利得が上がる方向に瞬
間的に設定し、かつ該設定された制御電圧が前記
自動利得制御回路が正常な利得になる制御電圧へ
戻る時の時定数が、制御電圧が逆方向に動く時の
時定数よりも小さくなるように構成された回路を
具備することを特徴とする光受信回路。
