第１図は、この考案の一実施例による光受信装
置を示すブロツク図、第２図は、切換回路の一例
を示す接続図、第３図は従来の光受信装置を示す
ブロツク図である。 ２はフオトダイオード、３は前置増幅回路、４
は第１の帰還抵抗、５は可変利得増幅回路、６は
ピーク値検出回路、７は識別回路、９は第２の帰
還抵抗、１０は切換回路。なお、図中同一符号は
同一、又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 入力光信号を電気信号に変換するフオトダイオ
ードと、このフオトダイオードの電流変化による
信号を電圧変化による信号に変換する前置増幅回
路と、この前置増幅回路の入出力間を接続する第
１の帰還抵抗と、前記前置増幅回路の出力を受け
て増幅利得が変化する可変利得増幅回路と、この
可変利得増幅回路の出力を検出して利得を制御す
る電圧を作り出すピーク値検出回路と、前記可変
増幅回路の出力信号の波形成形を行う識別回路で
構成された光受信装置において、前記前置増幅回
路に切換回路を介して第２の帰還抵抗を接続し、
前記ピーク値検出回路の出力を前記切換回路に供
給したことを特徴とする光受信装置。
