Claims (1)
- 光信号を受けるアバランシエフオトダイオード
と定電流ダイオードとを直列に接続した直列接続
回路と、前記アバランシエフオトダイオードに、
前記定電流ダイオードを介して、逆バイアス電圧
を与えるアバランシエフオトダイオードバイアス
発生回路と、前記直列接続回路の出力信号を増幅
する増幅手段とを有し、該増幅手段の出力信号を
受信器出力信号とすることを特徴とする光受信器
。
