Claims (1)
- 光信号を光フアイバーを介して光電変換素子に
導くようにしたものであつて、その光電変換素子
を負荷抵抗と接続した構成で前記光信号を電気信
号に変換するようにした光フアイバー型光センサ
において、前記光電変換素子からの光電変換信号
を電界効果型トランジスタにて増幅するようにし
たことを特徴とする光フアイバー型光センサ。
